Access to Care

Esperanza Services Inc. provides personalized support and advocacy to underserved communities, especially children, adults, and families with developmental disabilities. Clients are guided to develop successful living skills and are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Medical-Legal Partnership provides health clinic patients with free legal interventions to access health services, public benefits, fair employment, and housing to low-income individuals and communities including  farm workers, single parents, school children, the elderly, and people who are differently abled.

Enhanced Case Management provides coordinates access to services to address physical, behavioral, developmental, dental, and long-term care needs to Monterey County's most vulnerable Medi-Cal recipients.  Amongst the most vulnerable Medi-Cal receipts are individuals experiencing homelessness with multiple chronic diseases, high utilizers of hospital and emergency departments, and adults who have a serious mental health conditions or have a hard time with drug or alcohol use.
